Bio Sketch

Born and completed fundamental academic training in Taiwan. Came to Boston in 2001 for advanced degrees at MIT. Majored in Civil Engineering and interested in structural mechanics, applied mathematics, applied physics, theoretical modeling of cementitious composites, and the deterioration mechanism of civil infrastructure. Joined the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department of UMass Lowell in 2008.
