Bill has served as the president of TransAfrica Forum, the Education Director of the AFL-CIO, field director for SEIU, and now directs Field Services and Education for AFGE. A prolific author, he most recently co-wrote Solidarity Divided, a book on the crisis in organized labor (with Fernando Gapasin).
