How does this affect wireless users and VPN users?
If you presently use the campus wireless network or campus VPN solution, you will need to enter your new e-mail password when you log in.  If your password has expired and you try to utilize these services, you will be denied access.

How does this affect PCs and laptops that are configured for POP3 or IMAP4?
Keep in mind that if your present e-mail program (Outlook Express, Netscape, Outlook) is configured for POP3 or IMAP4, you will need to type in your new password in your email client settings.  Otherwise, you will not be able to send/receive new e-mails.  Contact the Help Desk if you need assistance.
