Help Desk
The Help Desk provides online and telephone support to the University community for issues relating to hardware, software, telephones, internet access and email. Contact the Help Desk for technical support, to obtain software or to report a technical issue.
Call x4357 from any on-campus phone or call 978-934-4357 from the outside. If you are outside the local area, call 866-HELP-HERE.
Training & Support
The training team supports students in their use of technology by providing immediate support with a variety of online learning tools and web tutorials that are available 24 hours per day.
