The Help Desk provides online and telephone support to the University community for issues relating to hardware, software, telephones, internet access and email. Contact the Help Desk for technical support, to obtain software or to report a technical issue.
Call x4357 from any on-campus phone or call 978 / 934-4357 from the outside. If you are outside the local area, call 866 / HELP - HERE.
Training & Support
The training team supports students in their use of technology by
- creating and maintaining professional documentation;
- creating online tutorials for anytime access;
- providing hands-on training for ISIS and email during Orientation.
Quick Reference Guides are available for UMass Lowell applications including ISIS Self-Service and email as well as some Microsoft Office products.
