Single Sign-On Makes Logging On Easier

Thanks to a new program created in collaboration with the UMass system, you will be able to access a variety of applications from a single sign-on, rather than having to input your UMS ID number every time. 
     
Called Secure Access, this new authentication program will allow you to access iSiS, HR Direct, e*mpac Financials, Summit Reporting and eCert without having to use separate credentials for each system.

Once you log in to one application, you are automatically logged into all Secure Access applications within the same browser session. For example, if you login to the iSiS application through the Secure Access Login page, open a new browser tab, and access the HR Direct application, you will automatically be redirected to the HR Direct Home page.

In addition to applications using Secure Access, your username and password will also grant you access to many other UMass Lowell applications including email, the Wireless Network, myAlert, myParking, VPN, the Online Housing Gateway and the Echo 360 Lecture Capture System.

And to make password management even easier, users are now able to independently manage their account passwords by using myPassword, UMass Lowell’s self-service password management tool.
