Finance 9.1 Upgrade

The Finance system has been upgraded to version 9.1. This upgrade ensures that the system meets the latest technology standards, thus readying it for future maintenance and enhancements.
 
For the most part, there will only be slight changes (e.g., the location of a field) noticeable in Finance 9.1.

One significant change is in Reporting: the FAIR reporting tool will no longer be available after the upgrade to Finance 9.1. In its place will be the Summit Enterprise reporting dashboards; this tool will be made available to all Finance reporting users. Employees will still be able to run the same reports in the Finance Reporting system. Additionally, the campus is expanding the rollout of access to Summit enterprise reporting dashboards.
 
Summit will also be made available to department managers for access to Human Resource information. In the future, Student Administration data will also be accessible via the Summit reporting dashboards.
 
With this upgrade also offers new online training tools that will be available to users 24/7. Training information can be found in the "Information for..." section of the e*mpac page.
