The HR Direct application provides new tools to the University’s HR department, as well as our de-central timekeepers. Some of the new features include the ability for managers and employees to complete several self service transactions.

We’ve got a new and exciting way for you to learn the HR application: the UMass Productivity Kit (UPK). UPK provides you with familiar training tools: printable training manuals and job aids. However, it also offers a whole new set of web training tools. Learn more about UPK!
