Financials Reporting (Budget and Expenditures)
Faculty and staff can obtain a username and password to the Financials system to run their own reports or access standard monthly reports. In many cases, faculty and staff within departments have been trained to provide reports to the department. Please inquire to your department manager as to who can provide assistance from your department.
ISIS Reporting (Student Data)
ISIS reports are made available through an application called Cognos. The following standard reports are available:
- Class Enrollment by Term
- Classes with All Associated Staff
- Classes without Instructors Assigned
- Student Enrollment by Program and Plan
- Students Eligible to Enroll by Term
- Students Withdrawn by Term

If you need access to run and view ISIS reports, users must obtain approval from IT Reporting Services and complete the required training.
