UMass uses Oracle's PeopleSoft suite of financial applications to manage all major financial data.  

Finance Reporting Tools:

FAIR - UMass Lowell supports multiple reporting tools including a reporting tool called FAIR (Finance Administration and Institutional Research).  This tool provides a simplified front end for users to easily view and download Financial report data.  FAIR requires each user to have a PeopleSoft Finance account, and viewing reporting access.
