
For several years, UMass Lowell has been using a leading scheduling software solution to manage classroom scheduling. A project to expand that solution to include the scheduling of other campus facilities such as conference rooms is being considered. An initial pilot would focus on rooms currently managed by the Special Events office and later phases will include additional facilities and office users. The longer term vision and plan would be to provide the campus and public with desktop web views into facility usage and availability across campus.
