The 8.9 version of the PeopleSoft Finance Application went into production in January 2007. This major upgrade was completed as a joint project with the rest of the UMass campuses and system offices.
Some of the major action items which remain include:

development of a datamart for Grants and General Ledger is an ongoing collaborative effort with the central project. This new reporting tool will provide new and increased capabilities for the campus central users and will include some level of dashboard reporting

expanded rollout of security access to faculty and staff members. This could be for purposes of viewing budgets, obtaining reports, and/or doing online procurement

refinement of the report delivery process for Grants (PIs and support staff)
