How do I reset my email password?  
If you have forgotten your login information or your account has been locked up, the Help Desk can reset your email or ISIS password.  When you call the Help Desk, you will have to provide some basic information to verify your identify.  ISIS  

Do I get to keep my UML student email address after I graduate?  
Yes, all graduates get 'email for life'.  Soon after graduation, IT will change your email address to an '@alumni.uml.edu' address which you can forward to the address of your choice.  You may continue using your '@student.uml.edu' account until you receive a communication indicating that the change is taking place. 

ISIS

How do I reset my ISIS password?  
If you have forgotten your login information or your account has been locked up, the Help Desk can reset your ISIS password.  When you call the Help Desk, you will have to provide some basic information to verify your identify.  ISIS also provides a Forgot Password feature on the ISIS login page.  You can use this feature to reset your password by providing the answers to your secret questions you set up when you logged in for the first time.  Remember:  You must use your UMass Lowell email account to use this feature.
