ISIS End User Survey 2008

Each year the Information Technology office conducts a survey to gather input on the usability of the ISIS application. The feedback from students, faculty, and staff is shared with the employees who manage this service and helps us understand the areas of the system needing improvement.  

In general, there is mixed reviews on the overall ISIS application.  A couple common themes found in the survey and comments section include:

• Security and Logon Issues.  Password complexity; reset frequency
• Class Search functionality
• Navigation issues from term to term

Beginning later this year, there will be planning sessions for an upgrade to the ISIS application. The comments found in this survey will help the team as this project kicks off and they begin evaluating functionality.
