Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Office of Human Resources to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive program which serves the University community by attracting, rewarding and retaining high quality faculty and staff. The office provides services to prospective, current, and retired University employees. Working closely with department administrators, the Office of Human Resources is committed to delivering programs and services that support the University’s mission of teaching, research, and service to the community.
