Managing Up WorkshopAre you looking for tips on how best to talk with your managers about your working relationship and what needs to get done? Do you need help with juggling demands from multiple managers and discussing the realities of your workload? The relationship between an employee and his/her supervisor is a critical one. In this workshop, you will learn tools and techniques to better understand your manager's goals and preferred work style.
