Printer FriendlyTuition remissions are available to employees, their spouse/domestic partner and children who meet eligibility requirements. Full or 50% remissions are applicable to the day programs and programs of Graduate and Continuing Education at the Massachusetts State and Community Colleges and State Universities except the University of Massachusetts Medical Center at Worcester. Under some circumstances the value of the tuition waiver may be considered taxable income. Specifics on eligibility and applicability are available in the Human Resources Office. Employees should make inquiries to the Office of Financial Aid or Bursar's Office at the campus where the classes will be be taken as to the exact amount of fees which will be owed. Part time benefited employees are eligible for a waiver up to seven (7) credits per semester for themselves only.
