Honors House at Eames Hall
The Honors House - Opened Fall 2008
The only exclusive honors residence among Massachusetts public college and university campuses
The Honors House at Eames Hall represents a departure from traditional college dormitories.
Modeled on the Harvard University House System, the Honors House is designed to integrate academic and enrichment activities seamlessly into residential life.
The Honors House at Eames Hall is the only residential hall dedicated entirely to students enrolled in the Honors Program across all Massachusetts public college and university campuses.
A Faculty in Residence will live in the house to act as resident mentor for students and to host a series of events.
Honors Affiliated Faculty will be a regular presence in the house, offering activities designed to enhance faculty-student connections and promote interdisciplinary thinking, problem solving and communication.
In addition, a traditional Resident Director and Resident Assistants will be available to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the house.
