Job Stress & Healthy Job RedesignJob Stress & Healthy Job Redesign The certificate program is designed to train students and professionals to both identify social and psychological job-related stressors and to learn strategies to reduce the work environment causes of these stress hazards - both to reduce the escalating magnitude of stress-related problems and illnesses and to improve organizational effectiveness. Identification of hazards builds on a multi-disciplinary understanding of the stress development process at the workplace. Prevention techniques include monitoring and communication strategies, training, and redesign of the organizational and technical aspects of work processes.
