Will Carey

Will is a fourth-year Orientation Leader.  He is a member of the class of 2012 and an English major from Cambridge, MA.  Will is also involved with WUML, UMass Lowell's very own radio station.

Why did you choose UMass Lowell?

I chose UMass Lowell for two reasons. First, out of the schools I applied to it had the best Chemistry program. Second, it was the school my Grandfather, Father, and Uncle’s all attended; so it just seemed like the right place for me to go.

What is your favorite thing about UMass Lowell?

My favorite aspect of UMass Lowell is the feeling of community on campus. When you travel around campus, you tend to see familiar faces. This gives the campus a very nice feeling of a small community and how tight knit we are.

What is your ideal Saturday?  

My ideal Saturday would include waking up late. During cold weather, wrap up on the couch with blankets and pillows and watch some movies. On a warm day, sitting outside and reading, then spending the night with friends.
