Mike was an Orientation Leader for four years and is now in his first year as one of the Orientation Coordinators. He is a member of the class of 2012, working towards an M.B.A. with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Everett, Mass. Mike is involved with Residence Life and Orientation.

Why did you choose UMass Lowell?

I chose UMass Lowell because I received my bachelor's degree from here in 2010 and I wanted to achieve a higher degree. I know the Business School is highly certified and with the new career path I have chosen for myself, the MBA program here seemed like the perfect fit!

What is your favorite thing about UMass Lowell?

My favorite thing about UMass Lowell is the atmosphere. I feel that this place is my second home and I have the people I have met here to thank for providing me with that type of atmosphere.

What is your ideal Saturday?

My ideal Saturday involves waking up around noon to allow myself plenty of sleep and still plenty of time to take advantage of my day. It would be sunny and warm so I can go on a trip to the beach with friends. Then I would come back, fire up the grill, and enjoy a meal.
