Why did you choose UMass Lowell?

I chose UMass Lowell because they gave me an amazing financial aid package. UMass Lowell also had a 5-year masters program for Criminal Justice majors. I had only heard great things about UMass Lowell from my family. I stayed on campus for two years so I was away from home to have the independent feel but knew that I could always go home if I wanted to.

What is your favorite thing about UMass Lowell?

My favorite thing about UMass Lowell is definitely the people. It has a great open community of diverse people. The University never ceases to amaze me with its growth in the years I have been here.

What is your ideal Saturday?

My ideal Saturday would be waking up and going to a race with my rowing team, of course coming back with medals. I absolutely love representing for UMass Lowell at regattas. Then grabbing some Moes in Drum Hill, which is what we usually do as a team. Then go home for a barbeque with my family, ending it off with some s'mores over the fire pit.
