Theater Arts

UMass Lowell offers a concentration in Theater Arts within the English Department, as well as an interdisciplinary minor open to students in any of the University's colleges. The program boasts an outstanding faculty of theater artists and scholars offering coursework in acting, directing, design, technical theater, playwriting, dramatic literature and theater history. 

Campus Productions

The Theater Arts Program stages two full-scale productions each year, along with dramatic readings and other performances in the Comley-Lane Theater on South Campus.
