Service Request Overview

UML uses a self-service request system called CAMIS to process work orders in a timely and efficient manner.  UML employees may use their user name and password to logon to CAMIS below, but do not need to add "@uml.edu" after their user name.  Example:  ronald_smith, NOT ronald_smith@uml.edu.

Emergencies
The work order phone number for emergencies, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is 978-934-2604. After hours, call the University Police at 978-934-2394.
