UMass Lowell uses a self-service request system called CAMIS to process and review work orders in a timely and efficient manner. UMass Lowell employees may use their user name and password to logon to CAMIS below, but do not need to add "@uml.edu" after their user name. Example: ronald_smith, NOT email@example.com.
Non Urgent or Repair requests
Browser recommendations: CAMIS works best in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, the latest version is not compatible so an older version would need to be downloaded.

Urgent Service Requests
For urgent requests (i.e., no power, water leaks, roof leaks, no heat) contact Facilities Management’s Service Center at 978-934-2601, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, after 5 p.m. contact University Police at 978-934-2394.
To request a key(s), please complete the Key Request Form. Please complete one form for each key holder.
Once completed, please submit via email at Facilities@uml.edu, facsimile at 4-3017 or interoffice mail.
You are not required to submit a work order for this request. Once The Facilities Management Department receives a completed Key Request Form, a work order will be completed for you by the Facilities Management Department. An email work order notification will be sent to you. Questions regarding this process may be directed to the Facilities Service Center at 4-2601.
