Would you like to do something to help end poverty housing and homelessness in the Lowell region? Come this Saturday to work on a house for a deserving low-income family in Bedford, MA (about 10 miles from campus) with Habitat for Humanity. Come for the day or part of the day and make it a UMass Lowell day with Habitat.

Supporters of the Peru Project will gather for a celebration and fundraising campaign kick-off event, with an awards ceremony honoring special supporters. Cost is $35 per person, which includes hors d'oeuvres, live music by Inca Son, documentary film viewing, slides from past trips, awards ceremony, and the chance to connect with old friends.  RSVP by Nov. 2.
