Who? Anyone who will be hiring Everyone needs to advertise when filling a position.
How? Submit Request for Posting form The Request for Posting form needs to be filled out with all of the required signatures attached for approval before Purchasing can send the ads to the newspapers.    
When? Before you interview Position must be advertised first.
Why? Equal Opportunity is required as part of our Equal Opportunity and Outreach Plan Commitment with the Department of Labor to provide equal opportunity and equal access to employment.
