Getting Started with iSiS

This page will provide new users with step by step instructions on accessing their iSiS Self-Service account and also their UMass Lowell email account and password.

Getting your Secure Access Username

Use your Secure Access Username to gain access to the iSiS Self-Service Application, as well as your UMass Lowell email account.

Step 1: Navigate to the Secure Access ID Lookup tool.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the Secure Access ID Lookup page.  Enter the correct information into the corresponding fields, and then click the Get ID button to get your username.

Step 3: Your username will appear under the SA Logon ID.  Use this username to gain access to iSiS Self-Service, UMass Lowell email accounts, the wireless network, HR Direct, myAlert, MyParking, the Online Housing Gateway, VPN, Library Resources, Echo 360 Lecture Capture System, and many other systems.

Using myPassword

myPassword is UMass Lowell's Self-Service Password Management tool which allows you to securely manage your email & iSiS account password.
