Login Essentials
iSiS Self-Service uses the same log-in credentials as your campus email account.  Be sure to use your full UMass Lowell email account (first_last@uml.edu or first_last@student.uml.edu) and the corresponding password. 

Password Management via myPassword
Use https://mypassword.uml.edu to change your password, manage your user profile and reset a forgotten password.

How to get Access to iSiS
Students are granted self-service access once they have been matriculated by the Registrar's Office.  First time students will recevie an email or paper communication from UMass Lowell.

Faculty is automatically granted access after Human Resources has authorized and processed the new hire form or contract.  

Staff needing access to iSiS must be authorized by their manager and the appropriate data custodian.

If there are any questions about the status of your account creation, please contact the campus Help Desk at 978-934-4357 (HELP).

NOTE: Default passwords are Ums+8 digit iSiS System ID (ex. Ums12345678)
