Our Approach
We provide a variety of services, technical assistance, and technological tools to develop a "management system" approach to improve operations, avoid compliance issues, and reduce or avoid costs.

We have provided training, on-site technical assistance, and internal audits to municipalities, public schools, institutions of higher learning and public transportation facilities.  We have also organized, designed and facilitated conferences and symposia that bring practitioners together to share experiences, best practices, and inform decision-makers.
