Community and Cultural Affairs Office of Community and Cultural Affairs
The Office of Community and Cultural Affairs is managed by Paul Marion, executive director of Community and Cultural Affairs. He has a master’s degree in Community Social Psychology from UMass Lowell and has extensive experience in community revitalization strategies. He helps UMass Lowell establish and maintain partnerships in the public and private sectors that advance and fulfill the campus mission; provides support to create and sustain strategic partnerships, especially institutional partnerships; represents UMass Lowell on committees and boards of organizations; and links campus resources and services to the community while bringing the benefits of community engagement to students, faculty, and staff. Community Connections Information Clearinghouse
The Community Connections Information Clearinghouse makes UMass Lowell’s resources more accessible to the region. Through this gateway community groups and individuals can learn about partnership opportunities with UMass Lowell students, faculty and staff.
The Community Connections Information Clearinghouse is currently under re-construction and will be re-launched by December, 2009.
