There are no formal requirements for membership. While LIRA is designed as a college-level program for the retired and semi-retired, there are neither education nor age requirements. Fox Hall, the tallest high-rise building in the area and close to the Spinners’ ballpark (LeLacheur Park), is located on Pawtucket St. via Aiken Street.
