Faculty & Staff > Management Faculty > Clare L. Comm Clare L. Comm is a Professor of Marketing in the College of Management where she specializes in buyer behavior and services marketing. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, American Association of Consumer Research, and Decision Sciences Institute. In addition to many proceedings, her articles appear in the Journal of Marketing Education, Journal of Customer Service in Marketing and Management, and Journal of Professional Services Marketing. Her current research interests concern the marketing of services, particularly marketing in the airline industry. On her last sabbatical Professor Comm was involved in teaching airline marketing and strategy for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the University of Indonesia in Jakarta. Dr. Comm holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati, an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton, and a B.S. from Miami of Ohio. Teaches:
