Brooke D. Hargreaves-Heald is Associate Professor in the department of Management where she specializes in human resource management, diversity management, and employment law. Her published research includes an examination of what disclosure of financial information is required by the NLRA of management during collective bargaining negotiations, various legislative responses to the medical malpractice crisis, antitrust issues raised by certain contracts common to the health care industry, and a study of law courses taught in AACSB accredited schools.

Professor Hargreaves-Heald holds a J.D. from Northeastern University and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
