Faculty & Staff > Management Faculty > Dev Prasad Dev Prasad is an Associate Professor of Finance in the College of Management where he specializes in corporate and entrepreneurial finance as well as financial services including investments. He is a member of the Financial Management Association, Southwest Finance Association, and Academy of Financial Services. His research has been published in Advances in International Banking and Finance, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, New Directions in Finance, Advances in the Study of Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth, Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Finance India etc. Professor Prasad's current research interests include the financing of start-up ventures, capital structure and dividend policy issues, valuation, bankruptcy forecasting etc. Dr. Prasad holds a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. from the
University of Oklahoma, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur.
