Braxton Hinchey is Professor of Marketing in the College of Management. He has authored a number of articles in the areas of consumer behavior, marketing history, and international marketing, with works appearing in the Accounting Historian's Journal and the Wall Street Journal. He has international marketing experience in Maritime Canada, Haiti, Venezuela, Mexico, and Costa Rica. His latest sabbatical leave from the University was spent traveling and studying in Eastern Europe.

Dr. Hinchey has been a member of the University of Massachusetts Lowell faculty for over twenty years and has a broad range of business experience in marketing management, marketing research, and advertising. He also served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army.

Professor Hinchey holds a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri.
