Dr. Murray has more than 35 years of consulting, national lab research, and university teaching experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering. As a registered Professional Engineer in eight states he has been responsible for site characterization studies and the designing and implementing of remedial measures at hazardous waste sites. He has also provided technical advice to legal proceedings and expert witness work for court cases involving contaminant migration and cleanup of contaminated sites. Dr. Murray has been developing and teaching short courses in groundwater and surface water hydrology and remedial engineering since the late 1970s.
