The department is very pleased to announce a donation in the amount of $145,650.00 from Invensys for the automation of a bioreactor suite in our laboratory area. We are very excited to have the opportunity to participate with Invensys in this effort and to have their automation solution to be at the center of the university's bio-manufacturing program. Invensys has delivered compliant automation solutions directly to the life sciences industry for decades in the state of Massachusetts and globally. They are encouraged at being able to help the University of Massachusetts Lowell automate a system that can help educate and train students for the future in this industry. Invensys is perfectly situated in the state of Massachusetts to be a close partner with the University of Massachusetts for all of thier automation needs.
