Atmospheric Sciences Fellowship


Up to two Atmospheric Sciences Fellowships are awarded every year to qualified candidates from that concentration. The fellowship is a yearly stipend of $2000 for the first two years of study with possibility of extending up to four years. The awardees will receive preferred consideration for part-time employment as student assistants in the Center for Atmospheric Research and participate in the Center's ongoing world-class research activities. Priority will be given to high school seniors with a high school cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and an SAT score of at least 1100. Continuing students with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better are also qualified for applying. The applicants must write a brief composition outlining their interest in atmospheric sciences.
