About the Program

The University of Massachusetts Lowell offers a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Service with a concentration in the Administration of Criminal Justice and Criminology. This program offers a strong concentration in professional courses while simultaneously assuring the student a traditional well-rounded liberal arts education.

Our undergraduate program allows students to satisfy degree requirements either by adopting a general studies approach or by completing a specialization. Our program provides students with the opportunity to pursue interests in the following concentrations: 

  • Police
  • Corrections
  • Violence
  • Research and Evaluation
  • Information and Technology
  • Homeland Security
