Welcome

A big welcome to all prospective undergraduate students.

Our Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and technology (ABET). Our program is based on a design-build-test methodology, where students spend time in the undergraduate laboratories and machine shop actually building and testing their theoretical designs. Our graduates are renowned for their practical skills, and their ability to adapt quickly to the needs of industry.

Visiting the Department

There are three major open houses during the year. The University Open House is held in October. A "snapshot day" is held in January, and an accepted student open house is held in April.  In addition, we hold mini open houses once a month, usually on a Thursday. For specific dates and further details contact the College of Engineering Coordinator of Academic and Student Programs, Betti Fortin.
