Scholarly Interests

Physical electronics, semiconductor materials and devices. Worked for the development of solar energy, which included many years research on amorphous silicon containing different dopants for making solar cells. Lately the work was concentrated on developing polymer diodes to be used as photonic devices for future solar applications. The polymer research included the application of contacts, the deposition of the polymers all applied at different ambient conditions and at room temperature. All the efforts are directed for the development of solar energy as an alternate energy source. Additional work included the testing of modules under different weather conditions, such as dust, temperature and cloudiness.
