UMass Lowell students have the opportunity to improve their academic performance by reinforcing classroom instruction with one-on-one and small group tutorial sessions. CLASS Tutoring Services provides peer-guided assistance for a wide range of courses in all UMass Lowell majors. All UMass Lowell peer tutors have completed the course(s) they tutor with a grade of A/B or better, and are recommended by faculty members. This is a free service for students.
Students who would like to meet with a tutor should simply drop in to one of the two tutoring centers: O'Leary Library, 3rd Floor, or Southwick 321. One-on-one assistance is available in some cases. Please contact Suzanne Gamache at 978-934-2947 for more information.
