
The student exception form should be used for any course directives, requirement waivers or changes you wish to make to a students' Degree Progress Report.
Please submit completed forms only to Jacob Clayton, in Southwick 310 or via email to advisement@uml.edu.
Note: Forms sent via email will only be accepted when sent from your faculty UML email account.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
