What do those funny number sequences mean? (r12,ln10)

Those numbers assist us with troubleshooting and processing student exceptions.  In order for exception forms to be processed in ISIS, please include the requirement and line numbers as they appear in the appropriate section of the degree progress report.

Why did I get a message saying the student is not eligible?

The degree progress report is only valid for:

  • Undergraduate day school students who entered the University Fall 2005 and later.
  • Continuing Studies students in degree or certificate programs who entered the University Fall 2006 and later

If the student entered the University prior to that, you will get the message that the student is not eligible.  If this is the case, you could always use the “what-if”  function, but keep in mind the requirements are for a student who entered in the fall 2005 or after and may not be the right curriculum for your advisee.
