We are asking you as a participant in the Protecting Massachusetts' Children from Environmental Risks: Problems & Solutions workshops to evaluate the impact the training had on your clinical practice and to help us understand the extent to which your practice has changed since the initial training period. Your responses will be kept completely confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of improving future healthcare provider training and educational efforts.

The following questions all ask you to compare your environmental health expertise currently with your expertise before the training sessions.

1(a). I now feel more comfortable in addressing, identifying and preventing environmental health risk to children.
