Welcome!

The Center for Women & Work (CWW) is a vibrant community of scholars representing diverse principles dedicated to improving the conditions of work and enhancing economic opportunities for women through research, education, and social action. The Center aims to advance knowledge about the relationship between gender and work through research, enhance understanding of this relationship through education and training, and challenge inequalities, particularly through institutional change. The Center is also dedicated to addressing the reciprocal relationship between women's work and the well being of communities. Click here to learn about the Center's goals, associates program (pdf), our core research programs, and meet our advisory board.

What began as a desire to work collaboratively to address workplace inequities has, over the past decade, broadened into a vigorous center, and the Center for Women & Work is only possible because of people like you. You are invited to contact us with questions, comments and suggestions; to sign up for our newsletter; and to support our work.

All the best,
Meg A. Bond
