Bio Sketch


Dr. Xifeng Qian is a post-doctoral research associate at Photonics Center of UMass Lowell. His research interests include the development of GaAs/AlGaAs THz quantum cascade laser; development of InGaAs/GaAs nanosphere lithographically defined quantum dots optical devices; and MBE epi-growth of other InGaAlAs structures.
