Scholarly Interests
Krongtip is currently working on "GaAs wafer bonding". The wafer bonding technique (also referred to as "bonding by atomic rearrangement" or "wafer fusion") promises to become a powerful new tool for such integration. This technique combines two wafers by placing their mirror surfaces face-to-face without any glue, then heating them to strengthen the bonds across the interface.
