Ms. Richardson is an integral member of the Project A data collection team, specializing in the PATH (Posture, Activities, Tools and Handling) method of ergonomic observation. For her master's thesis, she will compare rates of injury, OSHA incidents and compensation claims pre/post a non-lift program intervention in the nursing workforce in long-term care facilities.
