Bio Sketch

I worked as an engineer in the Air Force for five years during the Vietnam Era. After that I started to work on computer networking and computer security at MITRE Corporation in Bedford, MA. There I helped create a computer security division that provided security consulting to other parts of MITRE and customers. After retiring from MITRE, I tutored in an after-school program in Roxbury for a couple of years and then joined Gear Up as a math tutor in 2009.

I’m interested in biking, kayaking, skiing, and traveling.
